Outstation trips are priced differently from local rides. Once you understand the four parts of an outstation fare, comparing quotes — and lowering your bill — gets easy.
The four parts of an outstation fare
- Base fare per day — from ₹1,000/day for a Sedan, ₹1,100 for an SUV and ₹1,200–₹1,500 for an MUV.
- Per-KM running rate — ₹11/KM Sedan, ₹12/KM SUV, ₹13–₹17/KM MUV.
- Night halt — ₹500 per night when the driver stays over.
- Actuals — toll, parking and state entry tax, billed as incurred.
One way drop vs round trip
A one way cab is billed for the drop only and is the cheaper choice when you are not coming back the same day. Round trips cost less per kilometre than two separate one way taxis, so if you are returning within 24–48 hours, book them together.

- Book 24 hours ahead; last-minute night departures are the priciest slots.
- Fix the itinerary before departure — added detours change the per-KM total.
